Acocotoli Vocals

Vocalist: (Includes band booking fee) $250. 1st hour, $80. each additional 

30 minutes. 

Musicians: $175. 1st hour, $80. each additional 30 minutes. 

Professional Arrangements: $75 per jazz song chart, $175 per tango score. 

Deposit: (for private event clients only) 1/2 down four weeks prior to event date; refund of 1/2 deposit three weeks prior to event date if cancelled.

Payment: Fee minus deposit (as applicable) to be paid in full by money order or cash immediately following performance.

Non-profit agencies, social justice organizations, public schools, and similarly funded groups may feel free to negotiate the above fees

Complimentary one-hour wedding music consultation

Extra contracted charges: Weddings often require a surprising amount of time spent on communication, preparation, and logistics.  A set number of my hours may be agreed upon in advance for a flat fee.

Attendance at Rehearsals: $40. per hour plus travel fee (see below).

Travel:  Distances over 30 miles from CO HWY 287 and Dillon Rd., 

Lafayette, or extra driving required for attendance at rehearsals, etc., 

Will be charged by the mile. 

Mountain Events Requiring Lodging:  1) If your event will take place in the mountains, 2) conclude one half hour or longer past sundown, and/or

3) weather conditions are likely to prevent safe driving down the  mountain, then suitable overnight arrangements for the musicians must be made and paid for by the client, to be agreed upon in advance as per terms included in our contract.  

Voice Coaching: For wedding clients only who have booked and made a deposit: $30. per hour (up to three deeply discounted sessions). See "Coaching" for additional services.
